the right-click menu for users currently displays a subset of whois data. it should be made slightly more detailed, and a pop-out card should also be added.

this should be written in preparation for METADATA support, but support sniffing info from NickServ in the meantime. testing needs to be done to ensure the nickserv parser works across servers.
